Below you will find a list of festivals in our local area. Abel PRC would like to have a presence at these festivals. This is where you come in. We will need a minimum of 3 people dedicated to helping set up and tare down and man the table. Please check the list below and choose the event you can volunteer for. Please only volunteer if you are committed to being at the event you sign up for. Thank you so very much.

Celebrate Princeton Street Fair 2026: Set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. Please plan to be unloaded and have vehicles moved from the festival area by 9:30 a.m. to help us create a safe and welcoming space for everyone. We ask all vendors to remain set up through the close of the festival at 5:00 p.m. Out of respect for fellow vendors and guests, early tear-down is highly discouraged unless there is an emergency or extenuating circumstance. Vendors who pack up early without communication may not be invited for future events.
